Organic Navy Beans are dried legumes. For best results, soak beans overnight in water; the next day, boil and simmer in water for 1 ½ to 2 hours, or until desire texture is reached. Once cooked, navy beans are creamy and tender; ideal for salads, side dishes, dips, soups, stews, casseroles, etc.
