French cuisine: chicken cordon bleu and Dijon sauce, whipped mashed potatoes, chocolate mousse.

Food and culture offer a unique way to connect with people around the world. We all enjoy exploring and experiencing delightful flavors that nourish the soul. 

One of my favorites is chimichurri, a vibrant green sauce from Uruguay and Argentina. I’m excited to share how to use this versatile sauce in your kitchen. It’s perfect for veggie trays, as a salad dressing, a topping for appetizers, and a marinade for meats and vegetables. 

Additionally, let’s try Chef Thuy’s garden salad with orange French vinaigrette, a favorite she loves to prepare for home meals and group gatherings. 

Try our Thai ginger and sweet potato soup with yellow curry and coconut—it's a must-have during the colder months! 

For the main course, enjoy Indian lamb Rogan Josh, a rich and aromatic stew that's perfect for chilly weather. 

To finish on a sweet note, indulge in tiramisu served in a martini glass with homemade dulce de leche. This delightful treat is a beloved favorite in many Latin American countries.

We all prepare all the ingredients for making a variety of sushi, will set out for you, and Chef Thuy will guide you through the process. You’ll have the opportunity to craft your own bento box, filled with favorites like maki, spicy crab rolls, salmon mayo rolls, salmon and tuna nigiri, rainbow roll, salad with ginger dressing.

I’m thrilled to share a variety of nutritious Thai dishes with you. By making these dishes from scratch, we’ll elevate them into gourmet meals. This hands-on experience will allow you to refine your skills, and your time, effort, and love will truly shine through in the results. 

Let's start with Thai stuffed tofu bites topped with a sweet and tangy tamarind sauce for an appetizer. This dish is a favorite of mine, and with a few personal touches, it can even become a satisfying main course. Next, we'll whip up my favorite Thai beef salad. It’s quick and simple to prepare—just sear a high-quality steak and toss it into a salad brimming with freshness and vibrant colors. It’ll be a feast for both the eyes and the palate! 

For the main course, let’s prepare a delicious basil chicken stir-fry with homemade red curry sauce, perfectly paired with steamed coconut rice. It’s a beloved dish enjoyed by people around the world and worth trying! 

For dessert, we’ll make some fun and tasty rice paper chips served with sticky rice, mango, and a rich pandan coconut sauce.
